Terms of Use

Using Aditu means that you accept the following terms:

• The personal date of users shall be used in accordance with the terms set foth in the Section "Política de privacidad". When users have to facilitate their data, they will be responsible for providing true legal information. Users are also responsible for the responsible data use and for keeping the data facilitated for service access a secret (username, password, credentials for API use).
• Elhuyar will not access the audio and video files uploaded by users into Aditu or the texts extracted from these (transcriptions, subtitles, etc.). It is up to users to delete this information when they have finished working (editing, downloading, etc) Once deleted, the only information we will save with regard to users shall be the duration of the transcriptions (to calculate statistics of use and time credit).
